What is Spiritual Restructuring (SpR)?

Spiritual Restructuring (SpR) is a combination of physical alignment, body therapeutic techniques, and conscious and subconscious mind reprogramming. Using these techniques to holistically work with our physical and spiritual bodies, SpR transforms and maintains a healthy well-being and harmoniously integrates the three major aspects of life: the Physical Body, Soul, and Spirit.

About Spiritual Restructuring Methods

Spiritual Restructuring focuses on health at four levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. There are many methods involved with Spiritual Restructuring that assist in identifying imbalances and problems at all these levels. The following methods are used in Spiritual Restructuring.

As spiritual beings we all have Spiritual Committees we can call upon for guidance and assistance. Spiritual Restructuring works directly with our divine connection to our High Self committee and other spiritual committees. These committees help us identify imbalances and then assist us in making a holistic transformation.

Applied Kinesiology is a method of muscle testing for bypassing the conscious mind and working directly with the innate consciousness and wisdom of the body. The body knows what is best for its health. The body recognizes when something is out of balance physically, emotionally, and mentally and responds to questions regarding our well-being with accuracy. Applied Kinesiology can locate areas of stress in the body. Once that stress has been released, Kinesiology can verify the work that has been accomplished.

Spiritual Response Technique (SRT) is used to identify negative programs, beliefs, and energies that could block our well-being. Once the negative influences have been identified, they can be released and enforced with positive energies, therefore strengthening the effect of Spiritual Restructuring.

Spiritual Restructuring incorporates the use of a pendulum and charts that have been specially designed for dowsing. Through questioning and dowsing we can gain insight regarding our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being that may be causing problems and what support is needed to obtain greater balance.

About Spiritual Restructuring Techniques

Once an imbalance has been identified, the appropriate technique can be applied to correct, balance, and bring renewing energy, thus achieving harmony at all levels. The following techniques are used in Spiritual Restructuring.

One of the main focuses of Spiritual Restructuring is to identify and correct misalignment of the skeletal system. Spiritual Restructuring contains techniques for realigning the Vertebrae, Coccyx (tailbone), Sacrum, Pelvis, Pubic Bone, Ribs, Sternum (breastbone), Joints (torqued or jammed), Head off Access, and TMJ. When the body is aligned properly, this will relieve many physical symptoms.

Spiritual Restructuring contains other holistic treatments for the Respiration Fault, Physical Parasites, Spiritual Parasites, Hiatal Hernia, Tumors, Sinuses, Jammed Ears, Eyes, Teeth, Abdomen (valves), Cranial-Sacral, Transformers, and Cloacals. Additional techniques included are for the Cardiovascular System, Nervous System, Lymphatic System, and Crystalline Restructuring.

Healthy organs and glands are inherent to our well-being. Spiritual Restructuring can help identify organs and glands that are not working properly or are blocked in their function. There are techniques for releasing negative energies, blocks, or programs which may allow restorative energy to flow through the body and may bring balance to organs and glands.

Aura balancing works directly with the energy that surrounds the physical body. The places where this field feels denser or heavier indicate that there is blocking energy. Using a balancing technique can release the blocks and bring the aura into balance.

The body and subconscious mind store emotions, both positive and negative. Stored negative emotions maybe causing physical, mental, or emotional problems. Guided meditations are designed to assist in discovering suppressed emotions. Once these negative emotions are identified, they can be released easily. This release of the body memories can relieve pain or body distress associated with them.

Muscles assist to hold the skeletal system in alignment. When joint muscles are out of balance this can prevent the joint from being aligned. Use Spiritual Restructuring to identify and correct muscle imbalances to the joints, assisting the bones and tissues in returning to and holding their proper position.
Reactive muscles deal directly with the body’s proprioceptors. When Spiritual Restructuring is applied for balancing reactive muscles, the body can respond better to stress, physical movement, and the relationship to space and time.

The brain is an instrument for directing the physical body. Every person has some programming in the brain that may limit a full and complete harmonious expression of life. Brain Restructuring assesses different functions of the brain to determine if they are out of balance. Then, a Brain and Mind Meld process works with the soul and the brain to identify and release discordant programming to bring harmony between the physical brain and the mind (soul).

Chakras are energy centers in the body. A simple and effective Spiritual Restructuring technique can be used to clear, align, and balance the chakras for greater physical and spiritual expression.

Spiritual Restructuring contains general nutrition guidelines and suggestions about what foods support the various systems of the body: circulatory, digestive, endocrine, integumentary, lymphatic, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory, skeletal, and urinary. These guidelines can be used to help explore the foods and combinations of foods that nurture the body and maintain a higher level of energy.

History of Spiritual Restructuring

Spiritual Restructuring (SpR) by Robert E. Detzler is an adaptation of Margret Fields Kean’s Results modality. Results included kinesiology, a form of muscle testing, used for receiving information about the body. In 2000 Robert added dowsing as another form of receiving information and called the modality Spiritual Restructuring.

Working With a Certified SpR Teacher or SpR Practitioner

There are Spiritual Restructuring (SpR) Practitioners and Certified SpR Teachers in many areas of the world. They will be able to give you additional insight into SpR and what working with them involves. SpR Practitioners and some SpR Certified Teachers are available for private sessions.

Search our teacher/consultant directory, choose an individual, and then contact them directly for more information regarding consultations of classes.

Spiritual Response Phone Consulting line has consultations available during certain hours of the day. Choose from one of our several highly qualified and experienced Consultants!

Spiritual Restructuring (SpR) class includes meditation, lectures, demonstration, hands-on experience, and a detailed course manual. You will learn the methods and techniques as outlined in the “About Spiritual Restructuring Methods” and “About Spiritual Restructuring Techniques”. A class ranges from 5 to 7 days depending on the class size and the teacher.

SpR classes are taught in person due to the physical aspect of the system. Just as you cannot learn massage solely virtually, neither can you learn SpR solely virtually.
Prerequisite: Spiritual Response Technique (SRT) is used in SpR, so you need to have completed an SRT Basic Class with a Certified SRT Teacher. Some teachers may require that you have also completed an SRT Advanced Class.

Recommendation: Spiritual Restructuring (SpR) is a complex system that incorporates several methods and techniques. Because of this, we recommend you first experience a session with a trained SpR practitioner to see if this holistic system is aligned with your interests and personal goals.

For more information on SpR classes, contact a Certified SpR Teacher.
